Direction for use

1. Use at medium speed in rotary scope to extend the life of the instrument

2. The instrument should be placed on smooth ground with clean environment, moderate temperature and ventilation.

3. Before using, place the knob for-speed control on minimum.

4. Install the flask for cultivating. Make every place of flasks full while installing the flasks to avoid oscillation and ensure equilibrium of the instrument the culture solution in each flask should be roughly equal. If the flask for cultivating is not enough, place the flasks symmetrically or add some other equal solution in the flask.

5. Switch on and plane the switch to "open" then the pilot light is bright. Adjust the knob for-speed control to requiring rotary speed slowly.

6. Place the knob for-speed control to minimum, close the switch and turn off the power before stopping the machine each time.

Maintenance

1. Keep the machine in good working conditions to extend its using life.

2. During the continuous working period of the instrument, inspect it once three months to find whether there are water drops and wasted things in electric machinery and control elements, check the fuse, control elements and bolts.

3. The axletree for driving is full of grease before leaving factory. While the instrument was used continuously, add grease, occupying 1/3 of the axletree, once six months.

4. It is normal for natural wear of the instrument after long time using. If the electric machinery has abnormal noise, the axletree is wearing, the strap is loose or crack, or the control element is disabled etc. After using for one year, we will supply good service for you to help to solve the problem.
