Structure and Design


The axis end of the micro-motor is fixed with off-center weight. When the motor work, it produces a off-center moment which reacts on the hoop rubber pendant up and makes it vibrating, leading to a displacement up and down, left and right, back and forth. The displacement trail is of periodic movement of a closed cylindrical spiral. The reacting substance points in the micropores on the glass plate keep moving along the vibration trail until evenly mixed. The speed of the DC motor is silicon controlled with simple and reliable circuit. The instrument enjoys the merits of simple operation high sensibility, low sample consumption and high test speed.
