Principle:

1. Power it on, switch it to "0".

2. Centrifuge tubes filled with liquids should be stored into the rotor symmetrically. The tubes should not be filled by more than 80% of its capacity. Tubes of same specifications should be used to avoid imbalance.

3. Close the cover properly before using.

4. Switch it to "1" to run the machine.

5. After use, turn the switch to "0". Press the switch to open the cover when the rotor stops for access for tubes.
