RZ Butterfat Low Speed Centrifuge is also called dairy food centrifuge or Gerber centrifuge. It is a new kind of centrifuge designed and developed by our design experts, solving the problems of unobvious centrifuge demixing, after water bath centrifugation and reaction between sulfuric acid and equipment. The outer shell of the equipment is made of qualified cold-rolled steel sheet and is designed as a shape of circle arc, so that RZ Butterfat Low Speed Centrifuge is more beautiful and practical. The centrifuge rotor is made of acid and heat resistant material, and the declining fixed centrifugal tube is applied, which greatly enhances the advantages in centrifuge bulk and safety. Overheat protection device is equipped inside, as well as a red thermograph, so that the reading on the meter is more clear and accurate. Furthermore, the testing time is now shorter and the testing precision is higher, the testing result is more approximate to that of the "Lodz-Godric" Method.

Centrifugation:


1.Put the sample in the water bath and preheat it to the required temperature. It is especially suggested to use our HW-50 water bath.

2.Open the centrifuge cover, and install the butterfat meter symmetrically into the centrifugal tube. Then close the centrifuge cover, turn the braking switch to "O" and set the time (about 0 to 5 minutes). Now that he centrifugation is started.

3.The centrifugal rotor will keep on rotating even when is over by the action of inertia, so in order to get a better demixing effect, please stop the rotor by turning the braking switch to "1" as soon as possible. Pay attention that you should turn off the breaking switch immediately when the rotor stops, otherwise, the centrifugal rotor will rotate in the reverse direction.


Constant temperature centrifugation:


1. Easy and convenient operation, no need of water bath, which is the greatest advantage of this product. Turn on the constant temperature switch to "1", and set the time for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes preheating, the temperature of centrifuge tube will be around 52℃. (The ambient temperature is 20℃.)

2. Install sample into the centrifuge tube and turn on the breaking switch to "O". Set the time for 5 minutes. now that the constant temperature centrifugation is started.

3. The centrifugal rotor will keep on rotating even when the time is over by the action of inertia, so in order to get a better demixing effect, please stop the rotor by turning off the braking switch to "1" as soon as possible. Pay attention that you should turn off the breaking switch immediately when the rotor stops, otherwise, the centrifugal rotor will rotate in the reverse direction.

4. Cut off the power supply after operation and clean the equipment.

5. Start the centrifugal rotor during preheating in order to get even temperature.
